If you are a consumer (i.e. a person who purchases for personal and non-professional use, or who does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number on the order form), you have the right to return the purchased products without providing any explanation, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

To offer you an efficient and fast service, we will not be able to accept returns that do not include the authorization number.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the goods. In the case of returns from non-EU countries, all costs relating to transport, customs clearance and VAT will be borne by you. Until the product arrives at our warehouse, you are fully responsible for the shipment. If the product is damaged during transport, you must report it to the courier to obtain a refund, if the product is insured. Otherwise, we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss.
Once we have received the goods, we will check their condition and assess any damage. If the assessment is positive, we will refund the full amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method you chose at the time of purchase.
However, the right of withdrawal may be forfeited if the following conditions are not met:
