Information on becoming an Official Partner

The Official Partner reserved area is a service dedicated to companies and professionals with a VAT number who wish to purchase our products on an ongoing basis, with reserved conditions, dedicated support and exclusive benefits. To ensure a quality experience, access to the shop is subject to registration and approval. This page outlines the exclusive benefits, how it works and the conditions of access.

• Dedicated technical and commercial support for order management and after-sales service
• Access to dedicated promotional campaigns throughout the year
• Qualified visibility on the company's Dealer Locator, designed to direct commercial enquiries and customer contacts to active partners in the area
• Assignment of customer enquiries generated in the reference area

Subscription fee

Membership in the ‘Official Partner’ programme requires an annual subscription. The subscription costs €200.00 and expires on 31 December each year.
Renewal is not automatic and can be done starting 15 days before the expiry date. To help you remember, you will receive an email notification 30 days before the expiry date.

How access works

To access the Official Partner area, you must fill out the application form. Once the application has been reviewed, the user will be contacted by technical support. The requirements for annual subscription renewal will be reviewed annually based on the volumes developed in the previous year.

What happens after evaluation

If the request is approved, the user can access the Official Partner reserved area, complete their registration and activate their subscription. If the request is rejected, it will still be possible to make purchases without benefiting from the exclusive advantages reserved for Official Partners.
